In addition to in-person alcohol training throughout Maryland and virtual options for D.C. and Virginia, we now offer professional HR and business consulting tailored to the unique needs of small and midsize employers.

Our team
JD Bowerman, Co-Founder, brings over a decade of experience in hospitality operations, compliance, and workforce development. His background in managing high-volume teams informs the practical, results-driven approach that defines our training programs. He is a licensed Alcohol Awareness Instructor for the State of Maryland (AI-80174) and a TIPs Instructor for other jurisdictions of the United States (#70310)
Jessica Muse, SHRM-CP, leads our HR and consulting division. With a strong foundation in DEI, performance management, and employment law compliance, Jessica works directly with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen organizational culture and ensure legal readiness. Her one-on-one and private group sessions are built around clarity, accountability, and impact.
